Puneeth has over three years of consulting experience in tackling complex Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) challenges within capital markets and the public sector. His advisory work is centered on three key pillars: unlocking untapped pools of ESG capital, optimising ESG disclosures to enhance ESG ratings, and developing strong ESG credentials for IPO readiness. Puneeth specialises in assessing investor perception, enhancing shareholder communication, and providing corporate governance guidance.
He has led the development of sustainability reports and ESG strategies for several global companies listed on Euronext Paris and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, ensuring their ESG commitments are evidence-based, adaptable, ambitious, and achievable. Puneeth has also supported mid-cap companies on the London Stock Exchange in managing ESG activist pressures.
He holds dual Master’s degrees in Public Administration (MPA) and Public Policy (MPP) from the London School of Economics and the Hertie School in Berlin. Puneeth is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and holds certifications in CFA ESG Investing and GARP Sustainability and Climate Risk.
